THR.fm
is the station identity of Radio Lebuhraya Sdn Bhd
(RLSB). Anaza Sdn Bhd and the Ministry of Finance,
whose stakes are 70% and 30% respectively. |

Up
until August 2001, Time Engineering Berhad had a
60% stake in Anaza. In August 2001, TEB announced
its sale of 60% in Anaza to Datuk Abdul Rashid Manaff,
the founding partner of law firm Rashid and Lee. |

Launched
on August 31st 1994, and operating from the studios
of RTM, Wisma Angkasapuri, THR was formerly known
as TIME Highway Radio (THR). The "thumbprint"
logo became a well-loved bumper sticker on most
cars. Almost instantly, the broadcasting industry
was transformed with other radio stations desperately
trying to keep pace. |

THR's
principal target audience were highway listeners
along the North-South Expressway. By the time THR
was officially launched on September 9th, 1994 at
3pm (in keeping with its 99.3 frequency), it was
already the most listened-to and talked-about radio
station in Malaysia. |

With innovative services, backed by the state-of-art
equipment, aggressive marketing, creative programming,
entertaining presentation and excellent music, the
stage was set for THR to become the most exciting,
creative and profitable radio station in Malaysia. |
